Not impressed with your 'support' - what happened to Adobe?

Every month, I get an email that says 'we have received your adobe payment' - regardless of whether they have or not. This prompted me to see if I couldn't get a hold of them and stop that practice. I already know that having direct email contact is a nono - that would require actual work for employees and not just a user sifting through countless faqs or forum posts. Square Space changed their ways - why can't you? Lots of companies practice this - or chat! Just have help desk answering mails - and let people have the other choices if they wish, but basic support should be a direct email to a supporter. But no - always this shit from modern companies: we don't want to talk to you, we just want your money.

Companies like you hide behind a wall of faqs and then rip billions off of our credit cards. That makes you assholes in my book, but I need your products. You project an image of really boosting your users with Behance, communities and stock - when the reality of it is that, much like any other photo sharing service, you are exploiting their art or work, for the gain of a multinational corporation.

As a user of your product, I feel estranged - it truly is a tool to me, and nothing else. But the least you could do (you're gfx/visual company ffs) is to have apt, intuitive forums - and answer all threads! (I mean......wauw) Even Blizzard does this. You seem to not care - just now I've seen a ton of threads with real problems, concerns etc - not one official comment (and all archived - I wonder why). Can't Adobe take criticism?

...and just to point it out - I'm not even sure what forum I am posting in here, or what forums there are.

Your support UI is a joke, you're walled and you're starting to annoy the hell out of me just like Apple - what the hell happened? No integrity anymore? Just dollars or?

...and I don't know why I wrote this - none of you will read it, and fanbois will tear me apart. let's go.
