Not posible to change plan

Unable to change plan or exit plan, probably because it is not possible to update the payment information to my credit card that has expired. It is not possible to change the card information and the plan can not be canceled. I do not want to contact the support. I would rather have the same ID as I have older software registered in the account. Will they disappear if I open a new account? How-to?
