Not possible to buy a new plan, allready included in canceled plan...?

I'm trying to buy a new cc plan (photo: lightroom 1TB), but it tells me that I already have this item included in my CC all applications plan. This plan is canceled, and are no longer displayed in my account.

As I cannot buy a new plan, I cannot use lightroom, and cannot store any photos to the CC cloud.

Any know solution? Does it normaly take some days for all of adobes systems to get updated with the current user status?

You can do one of the following:

  1. Create a new Adobe user ID (e-mail) and password to order a new Photography Plan.
  2. Wait 48 hours or more for the system to update.
  3. Contact Adobe Customer Care via online Chat.

Did contact them trough the chat, and they fixed the issue in no time
