Question

Not recognizing my license number for Design Premium CS5

I've migrated from an old Mac Pro to a new one. Now my Photoshop CS5 doesn't work properly. I was advised to reinstall (properly) CS5. I've downloaded and attempted to install Design Premium, but when I input my license number (I got that from my Account/My products) I get the message-not a valid license for this product!

What's wrong?

Are you installing exactly the same product-suite and version as your serial number is for? There was a CS5 and a CS5.5.

You might try the downloads, here:

    Or here:

Be sure to follow the Very Important Instructions to set the Adobe authorization cookie.

Thanx for the info. Still stuck! I am licensed for CS5 both for Design Premium and Creative Suite Premium. The Design Premium is what I thought would work. It still doesn't. And I did try to other license just to make sure.

Still getting the same message-not a valid license for this product.

I am licensed for CS5 both for Design Premium and Creative Suite Premium.

    Can you re-check those?

CS5 Design Premium is a valid suite.

There's no such thing as Creative Suite Premium.

Check for the correct suite here and make sure you're entering the correct serial number for the relevant suite Download CS5 products

e.g. The Web Premium serial number will not work for the Design Premium suite.
