Nothing happens when I double click on the CreativeCloudInstaller.dmg file

Hello !

I'm French, sorry for my basic English...

I just subscribed to Adobe Creative Cloud, Lightroom and Photoshop CC and nothing happens when I double-click on the CreativeCloudInstaller.dmg file.

Nothing at all ! No error message, nothing. And it's started to make me very mad !

Since there is no assistance on Saturday, is there somebody to help me ?

download with another browser or open the package manually to see if it's corrupted (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/install-creative-suite-mac-os-sierra.html)

I downloaded the dmg file with Firefox Mozilla and I got the same problem : nothing happens when I double-Click on the installer dmg file.

Here is the content of the package :

And nothing happens too when I double-click ont the Install file.

I tried to install only Photoshop by going on my account and clicking on the download link and here is the error message I got :

I have no idea of what it means.

It drives me crazy ! I am so disappointed, I should never have to subscribe ! No assistance hotline during weekend, everything is in English and I am alone with my problem !

use a different (not safari) browser and redownload the cc app from here, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and retry installing using the newly downloaded dmg.


I give up !!! I did all the tings you said and still, nothing happens after the double-click ! No instruction, no sign of life ! I even waited more than 15 minutes and still, nothing !

This is bullshit ! The hotline is only available when I'll be at work so this is useless ! I am going to cancel my subscription and that's it !
