nothing happens when try and download CC app.

helping my wife. Paid for new subscription for cc. Got confirmation. shows on her account.

Try too install CC installer app. Download, double click on it. It asks for password to get into computer.
Nothing happens after that. Nothing. No window, no errors, nothing showing anything is happening.

What gives? Running out of patience.
