numéro d achat ne fonctionne pas

Bonjour

j'essaie d'inscrire mon logiciel Adobe Acrobat XI pro

sans succès

le code antivol d'achat le numéro alpha numérique a 24 caractères

est refusé par le système

nous n'avons jamais enregistré ce logiciel sur le site

nous n'avons jamais obtenu le numéro de série

c'est la première fois que nous le faisons

mais le système ne reconnais pas notre numéro d'achat

le logiciel a été acheté il y a 2 a 3 ans passées

comment pouvons nous obtenir un numéro de série

pour ce logiciel

it do not work

i try many time without succes

the purchase number receive with the cd's

do not go thrue

without the good purchase number the

system does not want to give me

the serial number

how i can get a new number ?

dont refer me to how to get serial number quickly

it does not work until a receive a

purchase number ( the one in the box is reject by the system) !!
