Numerous Creative Cloud Processes running while not using Lightroom or Photoshop

I recently started to notice the memory in my 2017 MBP was always running low.  I started running activity monitor and notice a lot of Adobe processes running when not using Adobe Lightroom Classic CC or Photoshop CC.

The files are:

Adobe Desktop Service using 156.9 mb of memory

CCXProcess using 52.9 mb of memory

CCLibrary using 43.4 mb of memory

Core Sync using 16.7 mb of memory

Total 269.9 mb of memory used with none of the 2 applications I normally use.  That is a lot of resources being used that I could use elsewhere.

Any suggestions on how to minimize the amount of memory giving up to Adobe Creative Cloud when I am not using LR or PS.

thanks

Running a 15" 2017 MacBook Pro, 2.9 GHz Intel Core i7. 16GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3 with a Radeon Pro 560 4096 MB, Intel HD Graphics 630 1536 MB

those are settings in your cc desktop app.  by default they're disabled.

if you enabled them, disable them.  if that solves the problem you can re-enable file sync an look for problematic files.

Also, it is normal for your system to use all memory. It doesn't mean anything is wrong, or that performance will be a problem. If other apps need more memory, apps not needing the RAM will be made to use disk instead. Only if multiple apps actually need the RAM is there an issue.

This is a very small number of background processes compared to the number which come with Mac OS.

Thanks for the info but could you be a bit more specific.  What files shouldn't I sync?  Also how do I tell which are Adobe fonts?
