Nuovo PC

Question

Ho cambiato il mio PC e ho cercato di scaricare dal mio Photoshop Elements sul nuovo device ma mi compare sempre il messaggio: "MSVCR 120.dll non é stato trovato" e il codice errore : 183.

Come posso risolvere l ' impasse?

Ringrazio.

That is a Microsoft problem, so you need a Microsoft solution
Go to the Search bar at the top of http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/ to find and re-install the C runtime, or for ALL Windows help
-or direct to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170

Do you have the latest Microsoft updates for your operating system?

Older versions of Elements may not work with Windows 11. Too much has changed.
