Occasional Free Trial Warning

I'm a paid subscriber of adobe CC, and occasionally I will get a warning that my Trial Membership will end when I open Illustrator or other apps.

I can not open Acrobat, it asks me to sign in, even though i'm already signed in.

I am still signed in, but it acts like i'm not paying them. This happens a least once a month.

Very frustrating.
