Offer for free copy of Phototools 2.5

Hello,

I installed CS5 on my new computer a few weeks ago. I had a little message appear in my system tray that said that I could get a free piece of software (Adobe Text and Phototools 2.5 were among those in the list that I could choose from). I clicked on the link, logged into my adobe account to go through the process required. The site indicated that I would have to update some information in my profile. While in the process of choosing my free software (the 1st step), my internet cut out. When I reconnected and logged into Adobe again, I could not find the offer anywhere. It was not listed under "Special Offers". How do I get this offer back again? I was really looking forward to using Phototools 2.5?

Thanks

Seth

PhotoTools was a product by OnOne Software - it is now discontinued so any offers will be invalid.

This worked. Used chat. They fixed it very fast. I was surprised, since their telephone support has been abysmal, in my opinion and from my experience!
