Offline Activation

Our environment does not allow for activation over the net so attempting to complete the offline activation.  Have generated request and response codes but receive the error "Response Code entered is invalid.  Please re-enter."  I have copy/pasted 2x and manually entered another 2x plus started over and generated new request and response codes only to receive the same error.  Would hate to have to go with MS Expressions due to a silly activation issue.   Anyone have any ideas why codes are invalid?

Markwhynot which operating system are you using specifically?  Did you have this or any other Adobe software title successfully on this computer previously?  Finally which Adobe software title or suite are you trying to install?

    Hi Jeff

System OS is Win7.  The only other Adobe product prior to this install was Acrobat Reader.  I was attempting to install Dreamweaver CS6. I am going to attempt to complete the activation again now that 24hrs has passed since this seemed to be a suggestion on the forums etc.

I have installed the first license on my system with little difficulty but the second license is not being very friendly.  I have one license key for 2 installs so I am trying to verify with the Software Coordinator that this is a volume license of some sort but if it was a license issue I would assume I would receive a different error.

    Thx

    Mark

Thank you for the update Mark.  I would ask that if you respond via e-mail to please turn off your e-mail signature.  This is a public forum and I have edited your previous response to remove your personal information.

You can determine if you are using volume license or retail serial number under your account at either http://www.adobe.com/ or https://licensing.adobe.com/.  If you have a volume license then you will find the serial number at the later link.  You can also find information on how to locate your serial number at Find your serial number quickly - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html.

Finally if you do face additional difficulties activating then please contact our support team utilizing the link provided by Kglad in message #1.
