Offline Activation problems with Photoshop CS6 MacOS Mountain Lion

I'm trying to install PS CS6 on an old MacBook Pro running Mountain Lion (10.8.5) that does not have internet access.

I've followed the instructions to go to Adobe.com/go/getactivated. I entered the request code and product serial number on a computer with internet access, however the page simply resets and asks for the information again.

The Adobe chatbot says that no assistance is available for unsupported products - like PS CS6.

Any advice?

Thanks

Launch the product.

At the Serial Number Validation screen, click Having Trouble Connecting To The Internet.

Click Offline Activation and click Generate a Response Code.

Write down the Request Code.

Switch to an online computer and navigate to www.adobe.com/go/getactivated.

Click Offline Activation.

Sign in with your Adobe ID.

Enter your Request code and click Generate.

Write down the Response code.

Switch back to the offline computer.

Enter the Response Code and click Activate.

Thanks. Unfortunately, that doesn't work.

If you have a modern device, you might want to replace PS CS6 with something significantly better & newer.

MODERN OPTIONS:
==============
Photoshop Elements (3 year license, no subscription needed).

Creative Cloud Annual Photography plan. Includes the following:

I have the current version of PS running on a different computer. I want to get the older version running on the old computer as well.

Dracunculus, I checked and https://adobe.ly/48TNpbE continues to lead to the offline activation web form. You may want to try using a tablet or an up-to-date computer to complete the offline activation process. Please see https://adobe.ly/4q4bOBz and https://adobe.ly/4gZAlU6 for updated information on how to sign into and activate Creative Suite 6 in 2025. ^JW
