hi
I have a product key on adobe photoshop cs6
(old boxed version, not in the cloud). How can I transfer it to a new computer when the old one is broken?

To add to what @Test Screen Name said, the only support Adobe provides for CS6 is what is called an ACTIVATION COUNT RESET. When you talk to customer support, be sure to tell them that's what you want done. Not all CSRs are familiar with this, so you may need to ask for another support person or supervisor.

You need

- the serial number

- if it was an upgrade, the serial number from the old "qualifying" version

- the original disks

- a compatible system

If it says "too many systems" or similar, you will need to contact Adobe Customer Service.

IMPORTANT: Adobe WILL NOT contact you, but FAKE Adobe reps often will. Be careful.
