I purchsed CD versions of Photoshop elements/premier several years ago. I have a new laptop but it does not have a CD rom.....am I just no longer able to use the program I purchased or is there a way to install it? I have serial numbers.

If you just bought a New Apple Mac computer that came with the newest version of OS X don't bother buying an External CD/DVD drive as that older version of PS and Premiere will NOT install on OS X Catalina 10.15.x.
