My old computer with Adobe Acrobat 9 was destroyed via a burst water pipe. I need to reinstall. I have what appears to be the product number form that version. Ii would not work when I reinstalled the current version of Acrobat.
Now what?
The current version of Acrobat will not work with an older serial number (the product number is not the same as the serial number, and the serial number is what you need).
