Good day, I'm new to photoshop and illustrator, not really getting much work with my graphic design skills so i want to ask if is possible to use old photoshop and illustrator legally for free without paying a dime

We appreciate you showing interest in the Adobe software. As @kglad mentioned that the Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop are not available for download for free.
Also, the subscription based Adobe software i.e. Creative Cloud software are available for download only for the last two versions. We provide installers for our current apps and the previous major version even if you wish to pay.
