Old Photoshop Version

Hi guys,

I just updated all app in my Photography Plan, Photoshop included.

Adobe app says I should have v26.6 but when I enter in Photoshop and go to Help -> System Info I get this:

"Adobe Photoshop Version: 22.2.0 20210202.r.183 2021/02/02: a176e5849fa x64"

Why this? Everything else seems to be working fine, so I can't really wrap my head around this.

Already manually checked for updates, but nothing.

Could you please help?

Thanks,

Claudia

If I understand the issue, Photoshop 22 is the currently installed version on your computer.

To upgrade to Photoshop 26, open your Creative Cloud Desktop App, scroll down to Photoshop 26 and hit the Install button.

Most Creative Cloud apps work on these systems, no more than 2 versions back:

  • Windows 11 (64-bit) versions 24H2, 23H2; Windows 10 versions 22H2, 21H2;
  • MacOS 15 (Sequoia), 14.7 (Sonoma), 13.6.7 (Ventura).

Check the CPU & GPU requirements below.

Hope that helps.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
