Old Version of Adobe Design Premium CS5 - What Options Do I Have?

Question

I have an old version of Adobe Design Premium CS5. I am using a new computer and cannot transfer the old software to the new computer since Adobe no longer stores the old version. What options do I have? Does Adobe have a reduced price upgrade offer for people who have registered copies of the older versions? Frankly, I only need Adobe Illustrator at this time. Do I have to purchase the new version at the full price?

(Note that CS5 will not run on any MacOS from Catalina onward.)

Edited to add: There is no discounted price to upgrade from CS5 to the current programs. It's far too old. If you can't use what you have, you'll have to pay for the subscription. Illustrator is available by subscription either for a full year (upfront or monthly payments) or month-to-month if you don't think you'll be a regular user. The month at a time subscription is more expensive; the year-long subscription charges a fee if you cancel early.
