Old version on new PC

Hi, I have an old (11) version of elements that I want to install on a new PC for very basic needs, I see the purchase under my adobe account (plans) but the serial number is rejected when I try to install. Can I not recover an old version to a new pc?

you can.

but you must use the exact same elements (pse or pre) version that matches your serial number.

if you think you are, what error message do you see?
