I see this has been discussed before but not with my particular situation.
My Mac is a 2012 era iMac and can only run Catalina (without an Open Core Patch). I had no issues using my paid version of CC with slightly older versions of PP, AE, ME, etc. until a few months ago when my HD crashed. Now, I have a new HD, back on Catalina and am trying to reinstall my apps. Unfortunately the current version of CC, says ALL of the video related apps are NOT COMPATIBLE with my system and gives me no options for earlier version downloads. And yes, I clicked the box in settings to show older apps.
I have read on here that recent versions of CC only include one older version of each app but I don't even get that option.
Weirdly, I tried open core patch on the same Mac and was running Ventura for a bit. When I did that, the version of CC I downloaded (presumably the same one I have now) showed me various options for older Premiere and other apps, and I was able to download and use them. Unfortunately Open Core messed up my GPU and videos were unviewable, so I had to revert to Catalina. And now I cannot even get a single app that I need.
What is going on here? Is CC just detecting that my Mac is too old, so it won't even show me the options for earlier apps? It's very weird that everything was fine a month ago, and now I am out of luck.
