On Creative Cloud, New Version Win.8.1 is Not Supported?

I Had a Late Payment of Subscription, And The C.Cloud Program Signed Me Out. Now I Had The Payment and Photoshop CC even It Updated Itself, Gives Error of Trial Ended..and Doesn't Sign My License In. In Help, That Says, The Previous Versions Of Creative Cloud can Work..But There is No Previous Version on Whole Adobe.com..?? Is It This Hard to Put a Link...and Why the Win 8.1 Not Supported..?

As Previous Version..I was Using some 2018 Version correctly though..I Have Downloaded CC (2017), That Again Gives Error on License, That's The Last Choice in Previous Downloads..
