Question

one machine is 32 bit and one is 64 bit

I purchased Elements and Premier last night. I installed the 32 bit version to my desktop. My laptop is a 64 bit machine so i downloaded the 64 bit version and tried to install. When it came time enter the serial number it wouldn't take it. When I look at my download and product list at adobe.com it does not give a separate serial number for the 64 bit version.

Serial number is same for 32 bit and 64 bit , unless if it is different Operating system like Windows and Mac.

There is no separate serial number for 32 bit and 64 bit .

No issues, Are you getting any error like Unable to Validate serial number ? or like Invalid serial number or No Internet connection?
