One year CC membership has stopped working.

In November I purchased a CC one year membership but it is now saying my trial has ran out. I checked online and it still states I have a one year membership, I also checked my bank and my monthly payment is still coming out.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and shutting down my mac and starting it up again. I don't have a serial number / I can't find a serial number anywhere, I don't know if this will solve my problem?

Hopefully someone can advise me on this problem

Thanks,

Ruth

I checked my host files and I was able to find 127.0.0.1 lm.license.adobe.com <http://lm.license.adobe.com/>

What do I do now?

You need to remove all of the those entries. there should not be any adobe related entries. Those entries are causing this issue.

You may not be able to edit the hosts file from etc folder, so that you may need to move the file anywhere else and edit.

Then move the file back to etc folder. Once you have confirmed there are no Adobe entries then launch your products and check.

Make sure you are using correct email address

Sign out, Sign in | Creative Cloud Desktop app

if it is correct then check your host file entries once

Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CS5.5 and later

I have done both of those things and everything seems to be working properly but is still saying my trial as expired
