One year subscription from Panasonic to adobe creative cloud

I have bought a pack with a Panasonic GH4 containning a 1-year subscription to adobe creative cloud. After receiving the promotional code, i'm locked. Do you know where I can put it ?

I have checked on apps but they ask for a long key with only numbers but my promotional code has also letters in it.

Can you help me? Thanks
