Only Problems with Photoshop and Illustrator

After every update in this year the apps have more and more failure. Since today working is absolutely impossible. The problem since months that photoshop can not save, only when I save it under new name? No solving in sight! No reaction of any notice. The same since a few weeks in Illustrator. And the HIGHLIGHT today, after the update of Camera Raw - it's not possible to open ANY raw file. CONGRATULATIONS. 

I did all your - so called - solutions, but nothing is a solution. PLEASE test before you do any update ... you cause a lot of trouble.
