I ran windows installer clean up utility and it uninstalled Acrobat 8.3.1, which was OEM on my PC. Can I download another copy? Is ther someplace I can loook to try to locate my serial #

Your serial number is in your papers somewhere or on your Adobe account - if you ever bothered to register it. Downloads can be found using this method:
