Open programes of creactive cloud

Yesterday, i had been recharge my monthly plan of crative cloud,but the program didn't opened.

I don't know what is the problem, but when i open  for examble an illustrator,it doesn't open.

Hi there, 

 

I have reviewed your account and found that you have a Creative Cloud Individual all apps subscription, the issue you are facing can best handled in the Download & Install community, hence, moving it there.

    Shiekha, sorry you are encountering problems using your Creative Cloud membership.  What type of errors are you encountering when you attempt to open Illustrator CC?  What operating system is Illustrator CC installed on?  What other Adobe software is installed on the computer?
