I downloaded it and now can't figure out how to open it.  All the directions start after it's opened.  What do I do?

    Thanks. I discovered that the program downloaded in two different

    locations and I was trying to open the one I had not extracted. I

    uninstalled that version and the extracted version now works. Thanks.

    Hi,

    I'm not quite sure of the question you're asking here but I'd still give it a try.

    Did you download a .7z and a .exe file (is in parallel to .7z file)? If yes, invoking the .exe would extract the .7z, which is a compressed file, into its default path or the user provided path.

    From there, inside of elements folder, you'd find a setup file, invoking which would trigger the installation.
