Order history is empty

I've just gone to download my creative suite again but my order history is blank! I'm sure my login is correct and have used it recently. I can't understand where my software has gone.

Can you provide the order number and the email address you use to login in order to dowload the software ?

My customer number is #0125667201 and my login email is kate@newmediadesign.co.nz - I can't find the order number for creative suite but oddly I did find my order number for Macromediua studio back in 2006 - #MX000044055AP

Hi Kate,

I was able to locate your order(Design Premium CS 4) under the email address mentioned above. Its strange you are unable to view it and are able to view the orders placed prior to this order. Are you trying to download the software now or are you trying view the Serial Number associated with this order ?
