Ordered Creative Cloud (monthly subscription for one year) but only the trial versions have installe

My manager ordered Creative Cloud (monthly subscription) before she quit and left me to install it. I've done that but it seems that I only have the trial versions of the programmes I've downloaded so far (Acrobat, Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator). I sign in, go to download the full versions but the dialogue box in Adobe Application Manager says I've already installed these. Apparently I have 28 days left! I've checked the order and the payment has gone through (7th June).
