Original Serial Key Missing

Question

Hello, I have my upgrade Lightroom 5.7 serial, but not my original 5.0 serial.  It doesn't show on my login. My upgrade serial does.  I wiped my hard drive and reinstalled Windows.  I need to reinstall Lightroom ASAP, but it's asking for my original serial. That's on a box that is long gone!!! 10+ years ago!  I can't figure out how to contact Adobe for help since the chat doesn't think I am an adminstrator...this is my personal account and my personal computer. It's not for a business.  I need to get my old serial number somehow!  Please help!!! EMAIL REMOVED

they should have the same serial number because 5.7.1 was a free upgrade to 5.0.

that said, there are several possible ways to find/recover an adobe serial number.

1. search purchased materials: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/find-serial-number.html

2. you can check your account (if you purchased from or registered with adobe AND you remember the adobe id used to purchase/register), https://accounts.adobe.com

3. if your adobe program is installed on another computer you can recover its serial number from that computer,
