Original serial number vs upgrade serial number

Hi.

I've been trying to reinstall my first lightroom buy, with the serial number referred in the original invoice, and even in my account registration.

The system however, keeps telling me this number is just an upgrade SN, and that is necessary to introduce an original SN, when I just have this one!

How can I solve this?
