The OS is incompatible. How can I download the old version of After Effects? I've already paid for the subscription.

If what you want to use isn't compatible with Win10 you have 2 choices

1 - update your OS to Win11

2 - cancel your subscription and use a different program

ADDED from the requirements page

Supported - Windows 11 versions 24H2 and 23H2, and Windows 10 versions 22H2 and 21H2

Upgrade to a supported OS.

Most Creative Cloud apps work on these systems, no more than 2 versions back:

  • Windows 11 (64-bit) versions 24H2, 23H2;
  • MacOS 26 (Tahoe), 15 (Sequoia), 14.7 (Sonoma).

Windows 10 is officially dead. MS no longer supports it.

1. you can install the latest and 1 version prior versions using the cc desktop app. you must have a subscription because previous versions are not available with trials. other versions are revealed after clicking file preferences>apps>tick show older apps (at panel bottom).

2. no other versions are available
