Overcharging my already ended subscription

why  am I being charged $39 on January 7 when I had already canceled my subscription days before which was $19?

I subscribed to the $19 per month subscription of creative cloud and then I cancelled it because it wasn’t using it as much. It turns out that right  when I checked my bank account transactions,I see that I’m being charged NO I was charged $39 on January 7 for a subscription that I already canceled which was not even $39 so I expect a refund please. Even if I didn’t actually canceled and I thought I did why am I being charged $39? I’m pretty sure I ended the subscription because I got like a confirmation.

If you have a confirmation of your cancellation, it will be an easy job: go to customer support as indicated and ask for a refund. You can get technical advice here but account stuff needs to be dealt with Adobe directly.
