P-49 Photoshop/Creative Cloud cant update

Okay,

This started because all of a sudden photoshop wouldnt work correctly. My pen was stuck on eraser. The toolbar would click to whatever I wanted it to be on, but when I went to use the tool is was always eraser. So I tried to update photoshop.

Photoshop failed to update claiming P-49. I google it. I read the recommended instructions to try and fix it. Did not work. I read about how sometimes the security systems you have installed mess up downloading- weird cause mine havent changed but okay- I go check them all and uninstall them just in case. I come across something that says try updating Creative Cloud instead. I did, gets to 43% with the same error code- P-49.

I uninstall everything. I delete all possible files present that have anything to do with adobe. Still receive the same error when trying to download.

I have looked into the forums and found no solution.

I run windows 10

Graphics Card: nivida Geforce GTX 1070

CPU: Amd FX-6300

ummm not sure what else would help
