Hi!

My friend just logged into the website and tried to download Creative Cloud. There is a Sensitive data issue. How to solve this problem without formatting the entire Macbook Pro? She can't even download anything, is there any way to go around?

Hi Marcino91428828,

You cannot install Adobe products on a volume that uses a case-sensitive file system. This limitation applies to both the startup drive as well as the drive onto which the software is installed.

For more information please refer to Adobe error "Case-sensitive drives not supported" or similar install error | Mac OS.

Let us know if this helps.

Is it any way to fix it? Change it without playing with the whole formatting process? I am trying to help her remotely.

I am afraid no, you'll need to have a non-case-sensitive drive to install Adobe CC apps.
