Pages are not loading / Can't download

Hello,

I just signed up for the Illustrator free trial and completed everything, including adding my credit card.

After starting the free trial, I was redirected to the download page, but the download never starts. The page
https://www.adobe.com/apps
keeps loading and does not open properly.

Additionally, when I try to access my profile/account page, I see an “Unable to load data” message and cannot view any account details.

I have tried refreshing the page and logging out/in, but the issue persists.

Could you please help me resolve this so I can download and use Illustrator?

Thank you.

did yiu have difficulty downloading the install file?

Solved!

The hosts file located at C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc was blocking access to Adobe servers. There were multiple Adobe-related entries redirected to 127.0.0.1, which caused the server disconnection / Error 206 issue.

I commented out (removed) all Adobe-related entries from the hosts file, saved it with administrator privileges, and after that Creative Cloud was able to connect and install correctly. No system restart was required.

install the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials>

if that fails, you probably have a corrupt user account. google your os and how to create a new one.

The alternative Creative Cloud download links also do not work.
Downloads do not start on any browser or network.
This appears to be an account provisioning issue, not an OS problem.
I've put my credit card into this account, creating a new account doesn't sound right to me.
