Paid applications not visible in CC on my second computer

Hi.

I searched for a solution, but found none.

I have the Adobe plan for all apps, installed the Creative Cloud and some apps + activated them on my laptop at home (really only on this single machine).

Now I wanted to do the same for my computer in my studio, but in the Creative Cloud no paid apps appear (only the free apps). I really tried everything, re-installing the cloud app, looking for if more than one machine is activated (really no)... I can't find a solution.

What can I do?

Thanks a lot! Kind regards, Fabian.

Solution:

I had a phone call with the local support and was helped via screen sharing. After the support had gone through a few possibilities with me, I finally used the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool (and previously carried out all the points on the website about it: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html).

After the PC had been freed from absolutely all Adobe programmes and file remnants, I again started a new installation of the CC.

And lo and behold, NOW all apps are visible.

So I assume that some file residue has interfered before.

Thanks for all the answers. All the best!

Does your second computer meet the minimum requirements for those apps?

Thanks. I have a very powerful machine and also not very old. In the past everything worked. Now it doesn't. However, that was a completely different account. Now it runs on a new account. I thought it would be enough if I just logged in with it, but in the CC the apps are simply not visible at all.

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click your Avatar (top right image) > Preferences > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar again.
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.

start here - https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

below are solutions some users reported:

if those all fail, change your cc language. eg, try international english - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-trial-mode.html

if that fails, change the install location
