Paid by credit care 7/26/2014 received reference number for Adobe Pro, I am now only getting a trail promotion once again. Why is this happening?

    When i rise when you launch Adobe Acrobat Professional you receive a message stating that it is in trial mode is that correct?  Also which operating system are you using?
