Hi everyone!

I put a wrong email when paid for photography plan/montly wich is 11,89 euro. The money were taken from the back account. After disscusion with the bank they couldn't help to stop the transaction. Now I'm afraid it is going to take money automatically from the bank account for next month. What to do? The email is not mine. I put one wrong letter and unfortunately the person who received the email opened it and activated.

Good day and thank you for your reply. I’ve contacted Adobe support chat and explained everything. They were able to close subscription for the wrong email and even made a refund.

I'm really not sure what Adobe is going to be able to do for you

Since your letter mistake led to a valid email, and whoever owns that email has now activated the account, that person owns the subscription, not you

You need to contact your credit card company and tell the person to stop payment

If necessary, cancel your credit card and have a new one with a new number issued

Thank you for your reply. Adobe support was able to close the subscription for the wrong email after they checked all details. Made a refund.

Account and membership help

if that doesn't help, using a browser that allows popups and cookies,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html
