Paid for subscription but wants me to upgrade
I paid for the Creative Cloud subscription, with Photoshop yesterday and downloded the Creative Cloud Desktop App and Photoshop. I am not able to use them as I have a message asking me to upgrade or start a free trial. Checked the bank, money has deffo gone out. I spoke to someone on the adobe chat who said my email address was wrong (even though i received all their emails ok) on the subscription and changed it to my email address but with the word "old". Nothing has changed. I was asked to change my password, which I have done - but the old password still works (not the new one). I think they have created me with a new account, which I can't get logged onto as the apps I have downloaded seem to be locked to the old account? I have not had any license details to activate my software. I have been on hold for hours on the chat for a specialist but havent got to chat with anyone and I cannot contact Adobe by phone as that is for paid customers! (even though i have paid). Can anyone help at all?
