Paid my subscription for Creative Cloud teachers and when I sign in, I can only use the trial versions?

January 5th 2015 I purchased an annual subscription Creative Cloud for teachers and students

Order number - 9506882359

At the moment, the action of the subscription revoked !!!

Please explain on what basis it was made ???
