This has just happened to me after updating to CC 2018.

Absolutely ridiculous!

Although I'm an amateur, I still have work to complete by deadlines...

This should not be happening - and nothing actually sorted since 2013?

Abysmal!!!

I'm about to try this method. Maybe you can give it a shot.

I have a user experiencing the same problem, updated to CC 2018 and it reverted to the free trial.  On logging out and logging back in to see if it reactivates, the CC app is blank with a loading spinner.  Another fresh install of CC on another computer is also blank with a loading spinner.

Log-out of Creative Cloud.  Close your application.  Restart and sign-in again.

Thanks Nancy, but I did that and also rebooted the computer, but it didn’t work for me.

Lightroom is fine, just PS gives the message.
