paid subscriber to photoshop and Lightroom

Question

I cannot open photoshop or lightroom it states my trial subscription has expired! I have had a subscription since the subscribe method existed and before that have owned every version of both.

Please tell me how to open and use my software.

If it doesn't work, then you need to contact support.
Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.

Click on the chat icon on the bottom right, and type AGENT to avoid bots and talk to a human.
