PanosFX REFLECTIONS v.2.0.0 downloaded automatically

the other day, i noticed "PanosFX REFLECTIONS v.2.0.0" had downloaded to my Mac > User > Downloads folder withOUT my doing it.  seems odd to me that Creative Cloud can just download stuff to my downloads folder without asking. is this normal?

and, what now do i do with this folder? it contains 2 psd files and 1 atn file.
