Part of creative suit 5.5 design premium won't install from cd (they did before)

I have just had a new hard drive in my macbook pro, repaired at apple store as old hard drive failed. I am installing all the software i had on it before, but when installing adobe, there is a problem. most of the programs have installed, photoshop, indesign, bridge, etc...but illustrator and flash won't install. Illustrator was installed using the same CD before and worked fine.
