Hi,

i just downloaded the Adobe full package and when I try to downlaod it, i put it in the password and nothing works, ive tried changing my password multiple times and nothing works. ive tried doing it through my facebook or through my google account and neither work?? i don't understand why i cannot download it and why its not letting me put the passwords in.

When you are installing or updating on a Mac, that is your Mac asking you to prove that you have permission by asking for your COMPUTER password, not your Adobe password

For those not on a Mac:I'm on a Windows computer. I had the same problem, but the computer password would not fix the problem. Solution that worked for me. I printed the document to Microsoft Print to PDF and it worked. I'm now able to edit.
