Password errors

Hello everyone, I'm trying to download Lightroom Classic, installation is so fine but then why I try to open the App it asks for a password, and even though i've typed in the correct password, I even changed it in case I was doing something wrong, but just doesn't seem to work no matter what I do. 

Anyone experience anything similar? Any help?
