Password help

I just bought adobe cloud and when I try to download it ask for a password which doesn't work because I never set a password since it's through my school login

    Windows too. When you install any software you need your own conputer’s password.

    If you have a Mac, and you mean install (not download) that is your Mac asking for your computer password to prove you have permission to install a program
